I was a little suspicious about this property given relatively low scoring, so I was prepared for a worn-out hotel, but the reality positively surprised me. Rooms were very spacious and clean, nice sea view from the balcony, well equipped kids club (highly appreciated by our 2-year-old) and good quality breakfast and dinner buffets. We visited the place outside the season, so there were few guests at the hotel what may have impacted our perception of this property, but overall it was a very positive surprise (in fact, we decided to extend our stay by one more night).

The hotel and its facilities are brand new, including the 4 pools (2 open air, 1 covered and 1 with slides). Rooms and suites are spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the pillows! I usually have an issue with hotel room’s pillows, but these were extra soft. The food had a great variety and high quality mainly Tunisian specialties. The staff was great. Everyone from the receptionists to the cleaners, lifeguards, cooks and waiters contributed to make our stay memorable by their kindness and helpfulness.

We are not beach hotel let alone all inclusive kind of people but liked it here quite a bit. We stayed for three nights but only had breakfast here. The hotel is fairly new and offers everything you need. The staff is super friendly and they even upgraded us to a better room. The rooms are spacious and decorated with an eye for detail. The breakfast offers a good variety of foods and the value for money is very high!

Brand new, top-class, and luxurious hotel. This is a true 5-stars with a stunning decoration. The staff is helpful, spa is amazing, the food is perfect, the pools are awesome, it was an impeccable experience and not that expensive compared to other hotels. Don't waste your time looking for other hotels, just book this one, you'll not regret it.
